Home / About Us

We enjoy a commemorative piece most of all. Drawing and cutting lettering that will be kept and read for years is the best work there is.
What pleases us most are the homes and gardens that come back, and the slate read and enjoyed for years. That is the sign that craft and care are worth something.
We work by hand. Drawing the letters, cutting them with the chisel, painting or gilding, finishing, step by step, by eye. It is skilled, careful work, and that is where the difference from a sand-blasted or machine-cut sign lies.
